For over 20 years Caroline had an addiction to alcohol but got sober in 2009. She understands that not every woman needs to give up Alcohol entirely, but she also recognises that drinking less is absolutely advantageous to Maximizing your Life. In this course Caroline gives you some simple tricks, tips and strategies used by her for enjoying life with less alcohol. All presented in a way that is supportive and non-judgemental.

Using my own experiences and skills I want to teach you how to make any Goal a reality. Since getting Sober 10 years ago I have returned to University to finish an Honours Degree, held several successful careers in non-profit and corporate, climbed to Everest Base Camp, managed anxiety and depression, left toxic jobs and relationships, been a single mum and most recently after a 3 year journey in Triathlon represented Australia at World Championships Switzerland 2019.
There have many successes and challenges along the way but being able to set goals has been instrumental in my achievements and ability to be resilient. This course is designed to take your dreams and goals from a written Post It Note to successful action that makes your goal a reality.
